The recently completed CBS building located in Shinbashi,Tokyo was designed by Dasic Architects.

The building is clad in white painted cut steel panels, creating the image of a structural skin. The roof of the building is constructed of louvered glass allowing natural daylight in to the core of the building while minimizing heat intake.
The office consists of four floors, stacked in the order of ‘programmatic hierarchy’. The first floor contains the entrance and gallery space.
The business space of the building has been allocated to the second and third floors consisting of an office on level two and seminar space on level three.
The fourth floor of the building is utilised as a ‘living pod’, with a living area, kitchen, and bathroom. This will allow employees to relax after work and accommodate occasional overnight stays.
